Section Env-Hw 104.27 - Pharmaceutical for purposes of RSA 147-A:2, VII(b)

"Pharmaceutical" for purposes of RSA 147-A:2, VII(b) means any chemical product, vaccine, or allergenic that does not contain a radioactive component and is intended:

(a) For use in the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease or injury in humans or animals; or

(b) To affect the structure or function of the body in humans or animals.
