Section Env-Hw 101.03 - Use of Number and Gender

(a) As used in the hazardous waste rules:

(1) Words in the singular shall include the plural; and

(2) Words in the plural shall include the singular.

(b) As used in federal regulations incorporated by reference, words in the masculine gender shall include the feminine and neutral genders.
