Section Env-Dw 717.19 - Compliance Monitoring Recordkeeping Requirements(a) The O/O of a groundwater system conducting compliance monitoring, including provider systems, shall maintain records according to this section.(b) Records of minimum disinfectant residual shall be retained for 10 years.(c) Subject to (d), below, the following records shall be retained for 5 years: (1) The lowest daily residual disinfectant concentration;(2) The date and duration of any failure to maintain the minimum residual disinfectant concentration for a period of more than 4 hours;(3) The date the O/O contacted the department with notification of the failure to maintain the minimum residual disinfectant concentration for a period of more than 4 hours and the name of the individual at the department to whom the O/O spoke;(4) The compliance requirements for membrane filtration and parameters specified by department for the approved alternative treatment, as applicable; and(5) The date and duration of any failure to meet the membrane operating, membrane integrity, or alternative treatment operating requirements for more than 4 hours.(d) If the O/O is notified in writing that an enforcement action or other legal action is pending against the system, the O/O shall retain all records for the longer of the time period specified in (b) or (c), above, if applicable, or 6 months after the date of the final decision in the action.N.H.
