Section Env-Dw 711.27 - General System Evaluation Nitrite Samples

Any nitrite sample collected in addition to the routine or confirmation samples for a PWS shall be used to determine compliance if the sample:

(a) Is representative of water being supplied to consumers; and

(b) Exceeds the MCL for nitrite as specified in Env-Dw 704.02.
