Section Env-Dw 710.11 - Reporting and Recordkeeping for Radionuclides(a) A CWS O/O shall report the monitoring results for regulated radionuclides as specified in Env-Dw 719.(b) Any CWS O/O who fails to report monitoring results to the department as required by (a), above, shall notify the public as required by Env-Dw 800.(c) The CWS O/O shall submit the monitoring results in the same unit of measurement and number of significant figures in which the MCL is expressed, as set forth in Table 703-1.(d) The CWS O/O shall maintain records in accordance with Env-Dw 718 and report results in accordance with Env-Dw 719.N.H.
