Section Env-Dw 707.01 - Purpose

The purpose of this part is to establish generally-applicable requirements for monitoring by public water systems (PWS) and privately owned redistribution systems (PORS), collectively "systems", including sampling and analysis, reporting, and compliance with water quality standards.
