Section Env-Dw 506.07 - Violations(a) Failing to complete the required start-up procedures as required by Env-Dw 506.04(a)(1) shall constitute a treatment technique violation.(b) Failing to submit certification of completion of start-up procedures as required by Env-Dw 506.04(a)(2) shall constitute a reporting violation.N.H.
