Section Env-Dw 506.02 - Applicability; Exemption(a) The rules in this part shall apply to all seasonal systems as defined in Env-Dw 100, subject to (b) and (c), below.(b) Prior to April 1, 2016, the rules in this part shall not apply to seasonal systems owned by political subdivisions of the state.(c) A seasonal system where the entire distribution system remains pressurized during the entire period that the system is not serving water to the public shall be exempt from the start-up procedures and certification required by Env-Dw 506.04(a).N.H.
