Section Env-Dw 505.02 - Applicability(a) A PWS shall have a cross-connection control program approved in accordance with Env-Dw 505.11 if: (1) The PWS is a community water system that serves 1,000 or more persons; and(2) The PWS serves an entity that poses a cross-connection hazard.(b) The owner of a PWS that does not meet the criteria of (a), above, shall take appropriate action to prevent backflow occurrences and to eliminate cross-connections, however, an approved cross-connection control program shall not be necessary.N.H.
