Section Env-Dw 405.13 - Well Location(a) Well(s) shall be located at least 50 feet from surface waters, wetlands, and natural drainage ways.(b) The wellhead shall be above the 100-year flood level, provided, however, that where a well must be located within a flood way, the area immediately surrounding the well and pumphouse shall be built up above the 100-year flood elevation.(c) Well siting for small community water system sources shall be as specified in Env-Dw 301 or Env-Dw 302.N.H. Code Admin. R. Env-Dw 405.13
