Any proposed water supply source for a small community water system to which this part applies shall also meet the requirements specified in Env-Dw 301 or Env-Dw 302, namely the well site selection rules. A preliminary well site selection report shall be submitted, as specified in Env-Dw 301 or Env-Dw 302, at the same time as the request for concept approval submittal. The final well site selection report specified in Env-Dw 301 or Env-Dw 302 shall be submitted with or prior to submittal of the water system's plans and specifications.
