Section Env-Dw 404.02 - Submission of Construction Proposals

Any person proposing to supply water for domestic uses as a public water system shall not construct any new system or enlarge any existing system without first submitting detailed plans of the proposed construction to the department and securing its approval in accordance with the applicable requirements of this chapter.
