Section Env-Dw 304.09 - Records(a) The owner of the PWS that receives bulk water shall: (1) Retain a copy of the notice required by Env-Dw 304.08 for not less than 5 years; and(2) Provide a copy of the notice upon request to customers and federal, state, and local officials.(b) For community water systems, details regarding bulk water procedures shall be included in the emergency plan of the water system as specified in Env-Dw 503, if applicable.N.H.
