Section Env-Dw 303.26 - Increasing the Permitted Production Volume(a) Withdrawal from a groundwater source of bottled water shall not exceed the permitted production volume determined in accordance with Env-Dw 303.17.(b) Any request for increasing the permitted production volume shall require the submission of a complete application as would be necessary for approval of a new source.N.H.
