Section Env-Dw 302.20 - Permitted Production Volume(a) The permitted production volume shall be the volume produced during the pumping test by pumping at the constant pumping rate for the final 24 continuous hours of the pumping test.(b) The actual rate at which water is withdrawn from an approved well may vary, but shall not exceed the permitted production volume.N.H.
