Section Env-Dw 302.17 - Duration of Preliminary Report Approval; Effect of Expiration(a) The preliminary report approval shall expire 4 years from the date of approval if a final report has not been received by the department prior to that date.(b) Any person wishing to develop a well after a preliminary report approval has expired shall submit a new preliminary report in compliance with this part.N.H.
