Section Env-Dw 302.13 - Known Contamination Source Evaluation(a) The applicant shall review the applicable department site file(s) on each known contamination source identified in accordance with Env-Dw 302.12 and evaluate its potential to degrade water quality at the well.(b) The applicant shall present in the preliminary report a description of how the pumping test and the water quality sampling program will account for the known contamination sources.N.H.
