Section Env-Dw 1407.14 - Final Inspection of Construction Projects and Review of Records(a) Upon completion of any construction project for which financial assistance from the PFAS RLF has been provided, the applicant shall furnish to the department written notification of completion.(b) Upon receipt of such notification, or upon project completion should notification not be furnished as required, and prior to the department approving the final loan disbursement, the department shall:(1) Confirm that the project has been completed as contemplated in the financial assistance agreement, which shall include conducting a final on-site inspection of the project, if necessary, with the recipient or the recipient's designee; and (2) Review the recipient's records relative to funds furnished to the recipient from the PFAS RLF.N.H.
