Section Env-Dw 1407.08 - Recipient's Obligations for Inspections During Construction(a) During the construction phase of the project, the recipient shall obtain the engineering or other inspection services necessary to assure completion of the project in accordance with the financial assistance agreement and the approved plans and specifications.(b) After the construction contract is awarded, the recipient shall provide for on-site inspections of the project by a resident project representative that are sufficient to provide assurance to the recipient and the department that the work is being performed in a satisfactory manner in accordance with the approved plans and specifications, approved alterations, and sound engineering principles and building practices.N.H.
