Section Env-Dw 1407.02 - Plans and Specifications for Construction Projects(a) For construction projects, the recipient shall submit engineering plans and specifications that conform to the applicable design standards specified in Env-Dw 400.(b) For projects other than construction projects, the recipient shall submit plans and specifications that are appropriate to the proposed project.(c) Department approval of the plans and specifications shall not relieve the recipient of any liabilities or responsibilities with respect to the design, construction, operation, or performance of the project.N.H.
