Section Env-Dw 1402.42 - Pledge

"Pledge" means the act or process through which a recipient commits, obligates, and encumbers its real or personal property or its existing or anticipated revenues to the state as security and means for repayment of the financial assistance received by the recipient from the PFAS RLF.
