Section Env-Dw 1402.29 - Loan forgiveness

"Loan forgiveness" means need-based forgiveness of principle repayment pursuant to RSA 485-H:5, and the term is separate and distinct from "contingent reimbursement" as defined in Env-Dw 1402.09.
