Section Env-Dw 1402.24 - Governmental entity"Governmental entity" means any of the following that has responsibility for providing drinking water for public consumption or otherwise funding a water system:
(a) Any state agency, board, or commission;(b) Any political subdivision of the state, including but not limited to a county, city, town, or district; and(c) Any other public body created under state law.N.H. Code Admin. R. Env-Dw 1402.24
