Section Env-Dw 1209.04 - Notice to Consumers and Water Supplier

The O/O of a PORS at which a bacteria violation has occurred shall provide public notice as specified in the applicable sections of Env-Dw 801, provided that any reference to "public water system", "PWS", "consecutive system", or "system" shall be deemed to mean "PORS".
