Section Env-Dw 1107.02 - General Procedure(a) The department shall be the lead agency for coordinating the environmental review process and prepare an environmental review report based on the applicant's proposed project.(b) The environmental review shall result in one of the following: (1) A categorical exclusion (CE);(2) A finding of no significant impact (FNSI); or(3) A requirement for the applicant to prepare an environmental impact statement (EIS).N.H.
