Section Env-Dw 1105.01 - Prioritization of Proposed Projects(a) The department shall rank each project that is determined to be eligible pursuant to Env-Dw 1104.05 according to the priority ranking formula established in the applicable fiscal year's Intended Use Plan (IUP) based on the following objectives: (1) Achieving compliance with the Act;(2) Furthering public health protection; and(3) Maintaining affordability for the water user.(b) If 2 or more projects on the list have equal points under the project priority system, the project with the greatest existing population served shall receive the higher ranking.N.H.
