Section Env-Dw 1102.04 - Asset management program

"Asset management program" means a systematic process of financing, inventorying, assessing, operating, maintaining, upgrading, and replacing assets cost-effectively while maintaining a sustainable level of service that is acceptable to a utility's customers.
