Section Env-Dw 1002.13 - Eligibility Determination(a) The department shall determine that a proposed project warrants review as a grant application if the eligibility application demonstrates that the project meets the eligibility requirements specified in Env-Dw 1002.06.(b) The department shall notify the applicant in writing of the project's eligibility within 30 calendar days of the project eligibility application submission deadline.(c) If the project as proposed does not meet the eligibility requirements specified in Env-Dw 1002.06, the applicant may revise the project eligibility application and resubmit it in a subsequent grant round.N.H.
