Section Env-Dw 1002.05 - Application Deadlines(a) The deadline for submission of an application to determine project eligibility shall be no sooner than 60 days following the date that grant funds become available and no later than 180 days following such date.(b) The department shall announce the deadline by publishing the date on the department's web page, issuing a press release, and mailing an announcement by U.S. Postal Service or electronic mail, or both, to those entities who have requested to be informed of such deadlines.(c) For each round of funding, the deadline for filing a final application shall be: (1) No sooner than 30 days and no later than 120 days from the project eligibility application deadline; and(2) Announced at the same time as the project eligibility application deadline established pursuant to (a), above.(d) Eligibility applications for projects that occur between grant rounds shall be considered for funding in a subsequent grant round provided the eligibility application is submitted prior to the applicant acquiring the land or conservation easement(s).N.H.
