Section Env-Dw 1001.12 - Application Processing(a) After receiving a submission under Env-Dw 1001.11, the department shall review the submission to determine whether it contains all required information and documents.(b) If the submission does not contain all information and documents required by Env-Dw 1001.11, the department shall notify the applicant in writing within 10 working days of what is missing.(c) The department shall approve a final application if:(1) The submission contains all information and documents required by Env-Dw 1001.11; and(2) The information and documents are consistent with the information and documents submitted pursuant to Env-Dw 1001.09.(d) The department shall notify the applicant within 30 days of receipt of a complete final application of its decision on the application. If the application is denied, the department shall specify the reason(s) for the denial in the written notice.N.H. Code Admin. R. Env-Dw 1001.12
