Section Env-Dw 103.64 - Treatment technique requirement

"Treatment technique requirement" means a requirement of Env-Dw 716 or Env-Dw 717 which specifies for a contaminant a specific treatment technique(s) known to the department which leads to a reduction in the level of such contaminant sufficient to comply with the requirements of subtitle Env-Dw and Env-Ws 300 until such rules are moved to subtitle Env-Dw.
