Section Env-Dw 103.48 - Running annual average

"Running annual average" means a calculation made to determine compliance with an MCL where all water quality data taken within a one-year period are averaged and that number compared to the respective MCL, in which the average is recalculated by considering each new data point and dropping from consideration those data points that are more than one year old.
