Section Env-C 605.06 - Notice of Decision(a) Subject to (d), below, after the close of the record the presiding officer shall issue a written decision stating the final determination on the proposed administrative fine.(b) In the decision, the presiding officer shall state the findings of fact and rulings of law upon which the determination is based.(c) The presiding officer shall send the decision by first class mail to the respondent and shall give a copy of the decision to the division's representative in the matter.(d) If a hearing is held pursuant to the provisions of Env-C 200 that allow a hearing to be held in the respondent's absence if notice has been given as required, the presiding officer shall not render a decision prior to the expiration of the time period allowed by those rules for the respondent to request the hearing to be reconvened.N.H.
