Section Env-C 604.02 - Field Citation Parameters(a) The division shall not propose a field citation fine of more than $100 per violation.(b) The division shall not issue a field citation if the total proposed fine will exceed $1,000.(c) The division shall not establish a field citation fine or issue a field citation for any violation that:(1) Has a major potential for harm as determined pursuant to Env-C 610.04; or(2) Conferred a significant economic benefit on the respondent.N.H.
