Section Env-C 601.01 - Purpose The purpose of this chapter is to establish:
(a) The procedures that will be followed by a division when proposing that the commissioner impose an administrative fine;(b) The procedures that will be followed by the commissioner when determining whether to impose an administrative fine;(c) The schedules of fines to be used in field citation cases;(d) A methodology for calculating a fine for which a scheduled fine has not been adopted; and(e) The schedules of fines for all programs within the department other than those that are required to use the fine matrix established in RSA 125-C:15, I-b(b).N.H.
