Section Env-C 504.01 - Procedures

The procedures for procuring engineering services for projects that obtain state or federal funding for a water supply project or a water pollution control project shall be as specified in:

(a) Env-Dw 1100 for water supply projects; and

(b) Env-Wq 500 for water pollution control projects.
