Section Env-C 306.04 - Educational Requirement for Toxicity AnalysisTo be accredited for toxicity analysis, the technical manager shall have:
(a) A bachelor's degree in microbiology, biology, chemistry, environmental sciences, physical sciences, or engineering, with a minimum of 16 college semester credit hours in general microbiology and biology; and(b) At least 2 years of experience in the environmental analysis of representative biological, physical science, inorganic or organic analytes for which the laboratory is seeking approval, provided that a master's or doctoral degree in one of the above disciplines may be substituted for one year of experience.N.H.
