Section Env-C 305.12 - Response to Laboratory Results for Compliance Purpose SamplesWhen a response required by Env-Dw 719.02 is a designated laboratory responsibility, the laboratory shall promptly notify the department of:
(a) Exceedance results as required by Env-Dw 719.02(c); and(b) All other results in the time frame and format designated in Env-Dw 719.02.N.H. Admin. Code § Env-C 305.12
