Section Env-C 214.03 - Federal Definitions

For purposes of this part, the following terms shall be as defined in 40 CFR § 3.3, reprinted in Appendix B:

(a) "Authorized program";

(b) "Copy of record";

(c) "Electronic document";

(d) "Electronic document receiving system";

(e) "Electronic signature";

(f) "Electronic signature agreement";

(g) "Electronic signature device";

(h) "Federal program";

(i) "Federal reporting requirement";

(j) "Handwritten signature";

(k) "Subscriber agreement";

(l) "Transmit"; and

(m) "Valid electronic signature".
