Section Env-C 211.05 - Department Review and Decision(a) The department shall review each request received as provided in RSA 72:12-a, III.(b) The department shall: (1) Issue a written decision on each request in accordance with RSA 72:12-a, IV; and(2) Send a copy of the decision to the applicant and to the taxing authority in the municipality where the installation is located.(c) The department shall issue the decision prior to the first day of the first tax year for which the exemption is being requested if the application is received at least 90 days in advance of such date.(d) The decision issued pursuant to (b), above, shall state the reasons for the decision.N.H.
