Section Env-C 204.15 - Cross-Examination at an Oral Adjudicative Hearing(a) If necessary to clarify information presented by a witness or some other aspect of the matter at hand, the presiding officer at an oral adjudicative hearing shall question the witness during or at the conclusion of testimony of that witness.(b) The presiding officer shall allow the participants or their representatives to cross-examine each witness at the conclusion of the testimony of the witness.N.H.
