Section Env-C 204.09 - Prehearing Conference(a) Any participant may request a prehearing conference in accordance with RSA 541-A:31, V.(b) In lieu of or in addition to a prehearing conference, the participants may submit motions in accordance with Env-C 204.17 for changes to or waivers of the standard procedures as specified in these rules or other matters concerning the conduct of the proceeding.
