Section Env-C 203.01 - Computation of Time(a) Unless otherwise specified, all time periods shall be calendar days.(b) Computation of any period of time shall begin with the first day following the day on which the act that initiates such period of time occurs and include the last day of the period so computed.(c) For time periods not established in statute, if the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or state legal holiday, then the time period shall be extended to include the first state business day following the Saturday, Sunday, or state legal holiday.(d) Time periods established in statute shall be determined as specified in the statute.N.H.
