Section Env-C 202.15 - Record hearing"Record hearing" means:
(a) For purposes of an adjudicative proceeding, the submittal by the participants of written testimony, evidence, and arguments prior to a specified deadline; or(b) For purposes of a non-adjudicative proceeding, the submittal by an applicant, a permittee, and/or the public, as applicable to the proceeding, of information relating to the subject of the proceeding in writing on paper or by e-mail.N.H.
