Section Env-AC 203.04 - Notice of Meetings

Notice of meetings shall be publicized as required by RSA 91-A, Access to Public Records. The notice shall contain the time, date and place of meeting and the scheduled agenda for the meeting. The council clerk shall maintain a record demonstrating that all statutory notice requirements have been met.
