Section Env-A 912.03 - Department Action on Request(a) The department shall review the information submitted pursuant to Env-A 912.02 within 30 days of receipt.(b) The department shall approve the request if the alternative time period will result in records that are sufficient to demonstrate compliance with all applicable requirements.(c) The department shall notify the person making the request of its decision in writing.
