Section Env-A 901.03 - Definition

For purposes of this chapter, the following definition shall apply:

(a) "Electronic means" as applied to the submittal of reports or other documents to the department means by fax, as an attachment to an email, or through an electronic reporting system designed and intended to be used for submitting reports electronically to the department.
