Section Env-A 808.16 - Use of CEM System Data

The department shall use CEM system data either directly or indirectly for the following:

(a) Compliance determinations;

(b) Air quality impact analysis;

(c) Air pollution dispersion modeling;

(d) Control technology review; and

(e) Emissions inventory.
