Section Env-A 807.04 - Testing Requirements for Diesel Engines in Motor Vehicles

The owner or operator of a diesel engine in a motor vehicle shall determine compliance with Env-A 1101.03 by following the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) snap-acceleration smoke test procedure J1667, published in 1996.
