Section Env-A 802.10 - Operating Conditions During a Compliance Stack Test or RATA(a) A compliance stack test shall be conducted under one of the following operating conditions: (1) Between 90 and 100 percent, inclusive, of maximum production rate or rated capacity;(2) A production rate at which maximum emissions occur; or(3) At such operating conditions agreed upon during a pre-test meeting conducted pursuant to Env-A 802.05.(b) A RATA shall be conducted:(1) At a minimum of 50% of maximum production rate or rated capacity of the device on which the facility's CEM system is installed; and(2) At any other condition if necessary to comply with an applicable federal requirement.N.H.
